Common questions about working together
We start with a short call: we go through the task, goals and constraints. Then we prepare a stage-by-stage estimate and, if needed, analysis or a prototype — before development begins.
We work in stages: the project is split into fixed-price stages, paid on acceptance of each one. For flexible or long-running work a T&M model is available — payment for hours actually worked. There's usually a small upfront payment at the start.
Yes. We work in iterations and show results on a demo environment every 1–2 weeks. You see progress and shape priorities instead of waiting for everything at the very end.
We keep a limited number of projects in progress so each has a dedicated team and a predictable pace. If there's no free slot right now, we'll tell you the honest start date.
After payment all rights and the source code belong to you. We hand over the repository, access and infrastructure — no vendor lock-in.
